Logon / Startup Windows in a new way

Tired of the same old logon and/or Windows startup screens? The following were tested by Smart Computing magazine.
- LivenUp (freeware)
- Bootskin (freeware)
- Logon Studio (freeware)
- Belchfire these are free but will also need some other software (links on site) to substitute them.
