Dave’s Computer Tips Newsletter #49 has a post on how to Create a bootable Windows 7 USB drive.

If you don’t have a CD/DVD drive, or you’re afraid of those vulnerable discs, or you just want to do this faster, you can set up a 4 GB or larger USB flash drive with Windows 7 installation.
