Prezi – The Zooming Presentation Editor

Looking for an alternative to yet another PowerPoint presentation?

Try Prezi – The Zooming Presentation Editor.

Prezi has free and pay versions (check the sign-up page for Education users including students and faculty).

This lets you throw ideas on a screen as large as you want, and then drag them into the groups you want, and present them as you choose.

One drawback I note: no way to make your own notes, as in PowerPoint, but if you have your presentation down well enough, you may not need that.

Definitely worth experimenting with!
