CloudCanvas is a HTML5 art editor which doesn’t need Flash (so you can use it on iPad and other iOS devices), and runs online, so you just need web access.

In addition to drawing you can import images from Google Images and DeviantArt. You can access the “File” menu at the top left to save your created designs as PNG image files or as SVG files.
