Open source clip art library

The Open Clip Art Library aims to create an archive of user contributed clip art that can be freely used. All graphics submitted to the project should be placed into the Public Domain according to the statement by the Creative Commons.

That means that you can use art from here for your web site, documents, etc. without paying a fee.  It would only be polite to credit the artist, however.
